September 22nd Jane continued her nation-wide promotion campaign for her new album “Update” in China’s most western province, xinjiang. And on the same night she performed for the mega pop music concert “China Singing” along with other popular artists from Hong Kong and Taiwan.

        Due to the geographic location of Urumqi, the major city of xinjiang province, Jane’s fans rarely have a chance to see her perform, not to mention up close and personal. When Jane arrived at the airport, she was welcomed by a lot of her fans. To many of them, even thought it was only a very short time, it was a very treasured moment. Jane was very touched by their warm-hearted welcome to a city that she had never been to prior to this.

         “China Singing” pop concert was organized by CCTV, sponsored by Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce and the government of Urumqi. In addition to Jane, Nicholas Tse, Alan Tam, Yue Sun, Yu Quan, Zhen-Yu Zhang, etc were also invited to perform that night in front of about 20,000+ audiences.
